Fujian Polytechnic Normal University (Fujian Polytechnic Normal University) is a public undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education, established on the basis of the Fuqing branch of Fujian Normal University and organized by the People's Government of Fujian Province. The school is located on the east coast of Fujian, in the urban area of Fuqing, an ancient town with a millennium, a new modern port industrial city, and a well-known hometown of overseas Chinese in the country.
The school was founded in 1977, and in 2002 started the path of running an undergraduate school. In 2019, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to be established as Fujian Technical Teachers College. It mainly cultivates high-quality applied, technical and technical talents and vocational education teachers. It is the only university in Fujian Province that trains vocational teachers.
