Xiamen Huaxia College is an undergraduate-level university approved by the Ministry of Education. Xiamen Huaxia College was founded in 1993 by Cai Wanghuai, then chairman of the Xiamen CPPCC, and was founded by the Xiamen CPPCC to mobilize social forces to donate funds.
