Chongqing Vocational College of Architecture and Technology (formerly Chongqing Real Estate Vocational College) is a full-time higher vocational college approved by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, registered and established by the Ministry of Education, and in charge of the Chongqing Education Commission.
The school was founded in 1984 and was originally organized by the Chongqing Higher Education Senior Workers Association. It was one of the first vocational colleges in Chongqing. In June 2005, it was transferred to Chongqing Oupeng Industrial Co., Ltd. It was renamed Chongqing Real Estate Vocational College in November 2008, and Chongqing Construction Technology Vocational College in May 2020.
The school is located in the Western (Chongqing) Science City, Chongqing High-tech Zone, and Chongqing University City.
