Chongqing Hailian Vocational and Technical College

Chongqing Hailian Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as the college) was established in 1999. It is a private full-time general higher education institution approved by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education, included in the national enrollment plan and enrolled nationwide. In 2009, Southwest University of Political Science and Law took over the college and became an investor, organizer and administrator of the college. In 2013, Sichuan Fanmei Education Investment Group and Chongqing Binxin Group jointly established Chongqing Xinyuan Investment Co., Ltd., and incorporated funds to co-organize the college with Southwest University of Political Science and Law. In 2016, the college was independently organized by Chongqing Xinyuan Investment Co., Ltd. In 2018, the college moved to the Shapingba campus as a transitional school.
