Chongqing Youth Vocational and Technical College was founded in 1954, its predecessor was Chongqing Youth League School. In 1987, Chongqing Youth Management Cadre College was established. In 2006, it was transformed into a general higher vocational college. It was organized by the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, registered by the Ministry of Education, and Chongqing Education Director of the committee, full-time public colleges and universities for national enrollment. The college has two campuses, Beibei and Banan. The Beibei campus is located in Xiema Development Park, Chongqing High-tech Zone, and the Banan campus is located in Chongqing Higher Vocational City.
