Chongqing Engineering Vocational and Technical College is a full-time general higher vocational school organized by the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government and under the supervision of the Chongqing Education Commission. The school was founded in 1951, held higher vocational education in 1998, and upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2001. 【Basic profile】
The school is located in Jiangjin District, Chongqing, the hometown of Marshal Nie Rongzhen, with convenient transportation, close to Jiangjin North Station of Yu-Kun High-speed Railway and Binjiang New Town Station of Chongqing Light Rail Line 5. The campus covers an area of more than 1,500 acres and the school building area is more than 400,000 square meters.
