The Information College of Huaibei Coal Teachers College is a comprehensive full-time general higher education school that was approved by the Ministry of Education in April 2004 (Ministry of Education Jiao Fa Han [2004] No. 7).
College is located in Huaibei City, Anhui Province, a new city integrating energy, industry, commerce and gardening.
