Anhui Vocational College of Tourism is the only tourism institution of higher learning in Anhui Province, which was filed by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and approved by the People's Government of Anhui Province. The college is located in the Bali River National AAAAA Scenic Area.

The college has four departments of tourism, foreign language, finance and art, tourism management, hotel management, flight attendant, high-speed rail attendant, tour guide, tourism English, tourism Japanese, tourism crafts design and production, investment and financial management and other 14 majors. Leaders of all disciplines have professional titles of associate professor or above, forming a teaching team with teaching and research capabilities, focusing on building a team of "double-qualified" teachers, with a reasonable cultural level, professionalism, and age structure.
Since the school started, the tour guide certificate, the AB-level application ability certificate in English, the pass rate of English four and six and the accounting certificate have achieved good results in the province's higher vocational colleges in the national and provincial unified examinations.
