The Judicial Examination College of China University of Political Science and Law was established in March 2005. It is the first judicial examination college among Chinese universities and the only public judicial examination training center. Based on such status and authority, Skao Academy has always insisted on being at the forefront of the national judicial examination and setting an example for the industry.
The college is mainly responsible for the research work of the national judicial examination system, as well as the counseling work for the judicial examinations of the students (including undergraduates, double bachelors and postgraduates) of the school and the judicial examination training for the society.
The college has functional departments such as the Academic Affairs Office, the Research Center for Relevant Issues, the Foreign Cooperation Office, the Admissions Office, the Academic Affairs Office, and the Network Office. It has a research team of 100 people who specializes in research on relevant projects, question banks, teaching materials and teaching methods.
The Judicial Examination College has been committed to the research and innovation of judicial examination training and legal education model reform. In the past 7 years, the college has provided training on judicial examination courses for more than 10,000 students inside and outside the school. The passing rate of students on campus has been maintained at about 80%, and the passing rate of graduate students has exceeded 95%, making it a leader in similar law schools in the country. The pass rate of social candidates has also continued to rise. In 2012, the pass rate of illegal students reached 50%, which is well received and trusted by candidates.

In 2010, based on years of rich teaching experience and in-depth understanding and research of "relevant projects", the college designed more scientific and effective training classes and guidance materials based on the concept of "theory is the foundation and problem solving is the key". It aims to create a high-quality, high-efficiency legal learning platform. It also extracts the "Secrets of the Faculty of Faculty Examination Clearance (one center-centered on the students passing the judicial examination; two basic points-theory and problem-solving; three magic weapons-lecture, practice, evaluation; four steps- Warm-up, foundation, improvement and sprint)", which is intended to seek new breakthroughs in judicial examinations and maximize the role of the college in cultivating legal talents for the society.
