Anhui Institute of Information Engineering is a non-profit private application-oriented university approved by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Anhui Province. The school is located in Wuhu, a sub-central city in Anhui Province, which enjoys the reputation of "National Civilized City" and "National Garden City". It currently has two campuses in Wenjin and Xinwu, with a total area of about 1,400 acres.
