Bengbu Business College

The Business School of Anhui University of Finance and Economics is an undergraduate full-time independent college founded by Anhui University of Finance and Economics in June 2003 and confirmed by the Ministry of Education. In September 2015, it was co-organized by Anhui University of Finance and Economics and Xiangxing Group in accordance with Order No. 26 of the Ministry of Education.


The college has two independent campuses, Yuhui and Longhu. The Longhu campus is located on the west side of Longzi Lake Scenic Area in Bengshan District (No. 255 Hongye Road), covering an area of 401 acres; Yuhui campus is located on the east side of Tushan Scenic Area, Yuhui District ( 7100 Donghai Avenue), covering an area of 1,000 acres, officially put into use in August 2017.


The School of Business has 6 department-level teaching institutions, including the Department of Accounting, Department of Economics and Finance, Department of Business Administration, Department of Finance and Audit, Department of International Business, and Department of Humanities and Art, and one basic teaching department; it has 24 undergraduate majors The right to host, including accounting, international economics and trade, finance, financial management, marketing, human resource management, business management, logistics management, advertising, English (business English direction), auditing, economic statistics, international business 15 undergraduate majors, including asset evaluation, financial engineering, etc., are in the process of personnel training.


   Since its establishment, the college has closely relied on the brand advantages and high-quality education and teaching resources of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, strengthened the reform of education and teaching, followed the road of connotative development and construction, paid attention to the construction of the teaching staff, and continuously consolidated the foundation of education. Among the full-time teachers, the proportion of teachers with senior professional titles reached 31.9%, the proportion of full-time teachers with doctoral degrees (including PhD candidates) was 37.2%, and the proportion of full-time teachers with master's degree or above was 90.42%. There are 2 provincial teaching teachers, 1 provincial outstanding teacher, 5 provincial teaching talents, 3 school teaching teachers, 9 school outstanding teachers, 11 school backbone teachers, and 3 school teaching talents. It has successively won 6 National Social Science Fund projects, 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 3 Humanities and Social Sciences projects of the Ministry of Education, and nearly 100 provincial and departmental projects.


   In the process of running a school, the business school gives full play to the advantages of the school, focuses on the economic management brand major, pays attention to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of students, and conducts classification and training of talents. Centering on the goal of training applied talents, intensify the innovation of education and teaching reform, innovate the implementation of examination reforms, and promote the formation of a good academic atmosphere; innovate and improve the "three-in-one" employment work model, and effectively increase the employment rate of graduates; actively build experiments Practice training platform, vigorously carry out professional experiments; persist in carrying out entrepreneurship awareness training and entrepreneurship simulation training for many years, and have trained more than 5,000 people in total; combine academic education and practice education, and jointly organize "accounting ACCA orientation classes" with schools and enterprises; establish a college The "Yufeng" forum promotes the soft power of the college's culture and promotes the construction of the modern university spirit of the business school; it focuses on strengthening the construction of student practice bases and improving students' practical ability and employment competitiveness.


   Since running the school, the college has attached great importance to the cultivation of students' abilities to apply what they have learned and applied. It actively organizes students to participate in various discipline competitions at home and abroad, and has achieved outstanding results. In the past five years, the college has won more than 200 awards at or above the provincial level in various competitions, including 10 international awards and more than 50 national awards. Won a total of 35 items in the National College Student Management Decision Simulation Contest, including 4 national special prizes, 4 first prizes, and 2 second prizes; in the National Business School Skills Contest, a total of 9 awards, including the national first prize 1 item, 4 second prizes; more than 70 prizes won in the domestic and foreign university student mathematical modeling competitions, including 1 first prize and 5 second prizes in the international mathematical modeling competition, and won in domestic competitions 9 first prizes; won the award for excellent organization of discipline competitions many times. At present, the National College Student Management Decision Simulation Contest and the National College Student Mathematical Modeling Contest have become the featured brand events of the college.


  The college adheres to market demand-oriented, innovative talent training model, rigorous management of education, emphasis on quality, outstanding characteristics, steadily improving school management, and increasing social popularity. Since its establishment, a total of 11,253 graduates have been sent to the society, and the average employment rate of graduates has reached over 90%, which has been well received by employers. The college was awarded the title of “Advanced Independent College in Anhui Province” in 2010. In 2013 and 2014, it ranked No. 5 in the “Wu Shulian China Independent College Evaluation List” for two consecutive years; ranked No. 4 in 2015 and 2016. ; Ranked 9th in 2017, among which teachers’ innovation ability ranks 5th, teaching and research efficiency ranks 4th, and graduate quality ranks 4th.
