Hefei Teachers College is located in Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province, which is the “famous city of Great Lakes and a highland of innovation”. The predecessor of the school was Anhui Institute of Education, which was founded in 1955 and was transformed into a provincial general undergraduate college in 2007.
